Our standard valves for the nominal diameter range from 1" up to 10", with operating pressures up to Class 2500.
The NRV-Z non-return valves can be used with all gases and fluids, due to the fact that no soft seals are used in construction. The seat and valve disc are made of stainless steel, and the valve disc is lapped-in to the seat by hand.
Our non-return valves were designed to prevent a reverse in flow of the medium if the pump or compressor stops working. Short closing stroke (valve stroke) and low moving mass (light valve disc) guarantee the non-slam closure of our valves in a fraction of a second.
The very low pressure loss is achieved through an optimally designed streamlined contour combined with the axially moving spring-loaded valve disc. Our NRV-Z non-return valve can be installed in any position.
Our valves are supplied with flanges conforming to DIN, ANSI, BS etc. as standard. Other connections, such as buttweld ends, threaded ends or clamped ends, are also possible.
